Lenten Schedule

Dinner church is a movement that began with Jesus. He would meet with his followers in their homes and teach them over a meal. It was in this setting that Jesus shared the very first Holy Communion with his disciples. Therefore, during the season of Lent we find it fitting to offer Dinner Church as a part of our Lenten Discipline. This year the theme that we will study is, “God’s faithfulness through new creation.” We will explore the Old Testament readings for the following Sunday and see how God can and will show up and create new things out of dust.

We hope you and your friends will join us on Wednesdays during Lent. We ask that you would bring a dish to share and open heart to see what God is up to in your life.

March 4th: The blessing of God upon Abram (Genesis 12: 1-4a)
March 11th: God provides water for the Israelites out the rock (Exodus 17: 1-7)
